在西班牙找房不比在台灣
除了人生地不熟外，安全、價位等都是考量
今天，小厚想跟大家分享在西班牙—巴賽隆納求學時使用的租屋平台

這間Vivebarcelona公司有點像是房仲公司
他們手上有很多不同的房間出租，服務項目有：長期/短期租屋、日租等
而租屋聯絡人Julien有點像是房仲，當初就是寫mail跟他聯絡
他是法國人在巴賽隆納讀書後留在當地工作，人非常親切
英文、法文、西班牙文都可以通！（在西班牙能找到會英文的房東真是福音
小厚在巴賽隆納待了四個月，跟其他台灣同學一起分租一間六人房
為三房兩廳兩衛（一全套、一半套）的房型
房間住起來還ok，地點位於市中心即方便又安全、價位也算還能接受
房租屋地點緊鄰巴賽隆納大學、PlaÇa de Catalunya、Urgell Metro station
第一個月330/人，之後366.6/人（水電全包，第一個月還打9折）
所以小厚推薦給大家，報上小厚的英文名字Kazef跟Julien說『應該』也有折扣，是應該喔XD

We are exchange students from TAIWAN,
and will study at IQS in Barcelona for 4 months.
We are now searching flats for rent, and interesting in this flat.
Meanwhile, we have some questions about this flat that would like to be confirmed.
1. How much are utilities (the electricity, water and Internet fee per month?
2. Are the furniture and appliances from the website’s photo the same for us to use?
3. Is there any extra fee that we should pay, e.g. management fee or cleaning fee?
